Jonathan Levy is a dual qualified California Lawyer (Attorney) and English Solicitor, who is based in the United States and London. He is also admitted as a solicitor (currently non-practicing) in Ireland and the British Virgin Islands. As an Attorney, Jonathan concentrates on cross-border issues including litigation, finance, securities, crypto assets, federal and company law. As a Solicitor, Jonathan focuses on the British overseas territories, capital markets, EU and national constitutional claims and petitions and bilateral and multilateral trade agreements and international organisations and tribunals. Jonathan’s work in crypto assets (cryptocurrency, metalaw, decentralized assets, tokens and NFTs) includes representing investors and issuers, due diligence and legal opinion letters, and crypto asset structures. Clement Chiagbo is a barrister, solicitor and advocate of the supreme court of Nigeria and a registered Associate of the Supreme Court of the Bahamas. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK. He holds a Bachelor of law (LLB) degree from Ahmadu Bello University, Nigeria and a Master of Laws.(LLM) degree from the University of London specializing in commercial and corporate law He is currently a tenured law professor at Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria. His areas of practice include: property law, personal injury, commercial and corporate law, company law, international tax law, trust and estate law, and commercial arbitration.

Dr. Ebenezer Akwanga

Ebenezer is a global mediator and arbitrator. He holds a PhD in Peace and Conflict Transformation from KwaZulu-Natal University and a MAdip degree in diplomacy (Conflict Resolution) from Norwich University. He has received a commendation from the UN Secretary General for his work negotiating COVID cease fires in Africa and has worked with various IGOs and NGOs including the International Committee of the Red Cross, Human Rights Watch, the African Union, and African National Congress and the governments of the United States, Canada, Sweden, Switzerland and Ghana.
