Irish National Contact Point for the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) ruled on Chagos Islanders v. Afilias Ltd and ICB regarding the ownership of country code domain .io. Dr. Jonathan Levy representing the Chagos Islanders. Afilias Ltd. ultimately refused the OECD offer of good offices and the case will go to further proceedings regarding domain reassignment.
